Hello guys

I am living pulled back since an year.

Does staying pulled back makes glans larger and forms into mushroom head?.

If you've been doing it for a year, then you probably would have noticed some change by now.. personally I kinda question whether that happens.

I noticed years ago after having been first pulled back for a while the flaccid glans was closer in size to that of when erect. Even when the foreskin was pulled forward the glans would still then show larger than from never being pulled back on a regular basis.

I would say i have noticed a change, my head does seams to be more mushroom shape than when i first started to keep my foreskin back most of the time.

I haven't really noticed a change in the appearance of my bare glans, but it does seem to show through my foreskin more now when I am not retracted. I'm really sure what's going on. Maybe there has been some gradual mushrooming which I have not noticed. But it can't be much.

It does changed a bit in size and shape since I started retracting permanently. Surely more noticeable through the skin, I think may be the skin become a bit thinner than before.
Not sure if it changed to a bit of a mushroom look now or it was the same shape before and just expanded a bit ..
32 Y.O. Permanently retracted ever since May 09 2016. :)
... Self frenum pierced at Mar 19 2018 ...
I love it !

Letting the head to breath and grow is helping for the size I think.flaring it and little constricting by anything behind the head(ring, tie) helps with further definition ;)
