Hello, I have small tip. When I started to wearing foreskin behind the glans I have problem with holding foreskin behind. And than I found some good tip on web. All what you must do is: take some silicon stuff(e.g. silicone forms to kitchen) and make round from it. Than you must cut hole into this ring. Than it is prepared to wearing it behind the glans. It works well.
