Do I look cut?

I want to stretch my frenulum even wider or else cut it to finally look cut and be able to pull back as far as I want, so my inner skin gets totally queratinized

The ridged band and the frenulum show's it:)
But it looks very nice though!

A long frenulum like yours is much better looking than a cut one I think.
Also some circumcised people still have their frenulum.

To most people here you obviously look uncut because we are looking at a still photo and know what to look for to tell the difference. But to someone who isn't so familiar with the subject, and isn't inspecting it closely, you could probably look cut to them.

I have seen dicks like these are some are cut and some are not, because you are holding it makes it more difficult to see
