just curious about sizes. Based on my experiences uncut men are often longer than those who have been circumcised.
South East Asian, 4.5" non-bone pressed, 5.4" bone-pressed.
My little friend is around 18.5 cm ( 7.3 in) long when I am hard. It vary +/- 0.5 cm depending exitement level :) can't measure it soft... He shrinks a lot then loose a bit then a bit exited and shrinks again haha but it is a least half of the erect lenght when flacid ;)
i am at about 13,5 cm so about between 5 and 6 inches. The perfect one for me would be 17 -18 cm like bobenco's but ... you know we cant change that :D!

Erect length varies somewhat depending on circumstances (maybe about 1cm=0.4") but it's always above 7 inches bone-pressed. Flaccid it varies as well. Can be as low as 5 inches as well as closer to 6 inches. Erect girth is around 5.5 inches mid-shaft.
Not the biggest by far but not the smallest either.

As you more than double in size when erect, I'd say you are a Grower

It means you measure with a ruler pressed on the top of your shaft, with the base of the ruler pressed into the fat pad above your cock until it presses against the bone. It's in contrast to measuring from the surface of the skin.

I find the whole 'bone pressed' thing a bit weird. And this is coming from a 2.5"/5" person who could do with a couple more inches. To me, it makes about as much sense as somebody measuring their age from when they were conceived instead of when they were born. Although I'm sure others will disagree!

An interesting thought. To be fair there is some merit to bone pressed in some situations especially for those guys who are carrying a bit more weight. In these cases the penis kind of disappears within the folds of fat behind it and this hides valuable inches and in extreme cases all of it when soft anyhow. There are cases where this is quite serious because if the erect penis cannot emerge from the flab, sex can be very difficult. For slim guys (like me) this is not an issue. What you see is what I've got. In all cases though, part of the penis is inside the body so it is longer than what is visible externally anyway. In some ways perhaps bone pressed measuring is more reliable because it takes out the variability of flab that maybe enveloping the base. Just a thought.

I believe I am a good average, that's what my life and partner experience show.
About 6-7 inches erect fairly thick and prob about half that flaccid
