I want to be pernament, but due to failing discipline, I land up being a part-timer. I can keep it back for a few weeks, then few weeks covered. I need more discipline.

Part timer cause I've never been able to commit to it, mainly because my foreskin is too long and frenulum still intact (no intention of messing with it) so it can still easily get pushed forward in my underwear or when sitting. Also my meatus quickly gets sore if it rubs my underwear.

I tied my frenulum and it didn't make any difference to pulling back, if anything it hindered it in the early days until it settled into the new position

Been full time since the 90's when my frenulum snapped during some vigorous sex.
I did like the idea of being pulled back before but the frenulum had always prevented it.
Since then, I've been pulled back full time, and now feels uncomfortable if it's not.
Not that the foreskin will stay forward anyway.
Either the foreskin has shrunk or I suspect, the glands have become accustomed to not being covered, and grown.

I have been permanently pulled back for a year and love it. My foreskin stays back on its own and I wouldn't go back to being covered as I like the gentle sensations of being able to feel my cock against my clothing. Apart from that the hygiene is better and Masturbation is much more fun.

I am 66 years old, since I was 14 I have had my glans completely uncovered.  My foreskin is simply short and as my penis developed, the foreskin became behind the crown of the glans.
Currently, if I cover the glans with the foreskin, it only covers a third of the head of the penis, but when I release the fingers the foreskin automatically recedes and leaves the head completely uncovered.
For its part, my foreskin forms a small ring of skin that is lodged behind the crown of my head.

I must say part-timer because it's not alway easy to maintain the foreskin behind. But I try to replace and try to sleep retracted every night.

I can only do it for a few hours. My foreskin is relatively bigger then my head. And my head tend to shrink a lot (a marble size) and go so close to my body, the foreskin will usually cross any hurdle. I have tried toilet paper, rubber ring, Adhesive tape, cotton ring but my foreskin always wins and jumps on it eventually. In last 15 days my glance stayed out once not otherwise.
