I voted no as i don't believe it does, however I have been clean shaven for most of 2020..
No for me in keeping my foreskin back or masturbation, i do trim so that might help?.
If I let it grow too long, simple pulling back will become less comfortable because of the higher chances of the foreskin trapping hair under it.
I agree with kylar here, often I feel too busy to keep trimming so I leave it to grow longer and when I feel it's annoying. Often enough trapping under as stated or just getting in the way.
I remember wearing on of these foreskin retraction rings, and often it would get stuck on my pubes and hurt like crazy. I started giving it a mild trim and problems were all solved :D
Voted YES, because I like to have my skin as far from my glans as possible so I tape it tight back at the base. At the same time I like my dick hairy sometimes and the comes the problems.
I find some kind of solution by shaving around the cock and a bit of the body part where the tape goes and leave the rest as hairy as I want. Actually it looks nice with this type of "haircut"...but the hair still comes on the way from time to time.
YES: I use tape so I find it easier when I keep it trimmed so that hair doesn't get trapped underneath.
When my foreskin rolled forward after peeing or masturbating, which it always does eventually, a few hairs would get caught under it and it pulled them enough to hurt. That caused me to start shaving all around the base of my penis. I love it, it feels great.
I said yes as hair easily gets caught, the hair also rubs and causes lots of sensations which drive me mad!
Because I do not shave pubes so I have bushy pubic it is really a complication in combination with cold and sitting in a car. If the foreskin goes back over the glans it catch the pubes and it wants fast pull back again.
Never had a problem, as I shave, or let it only grow to a No1 on the trimmer. Balls are always shaved. Nothing to get caught.

I also like to keep my foreskin as far back as possible, since I like simulating the High and Tight feel with the tape method or the cable method a lot of the time, and the hair does get in the way of that so I keep it more or less bare on/around my cock and balls, but everything else I just trim enough to keep it from getting caught in the bunched up skin when I'm not using any other methods (I'm not brave enough to go completely bald down there)
Yeah especially my ball hairs. I love my body hair, but recently decided I prefer my balls completely smooth and a little trim on my pubes, not much.
Yes because when I used the tape method my pubic hair come in between so that's why I have trim it
It's really uncomfortable when your skin goes forward and catches a pube in the foreskin. Best to keep it a bit trimmed....

I am now completely shaved 24/7 but prior to this it wasn't an issue.
After my daily shower I adjust the foreskin using a type of spoon method which is normally done away from any pubes.
I never used to let my pubes get to feral like a 70's porn star.

Pubic hair can cause discomfort for me if it gets caught when rolled back. Tend to keep it trimmed to stop it from happening.
Voted yes. If the hairs long it tends to get stuck and pull, although tend to be either shaved or trimmed these days anyway
Voted no as I am completely shaved. Foreskin stays back 24/7 sitting nicely behind coronal ridge. Shave everything 2 or 3 times per week whilst showering so am usually totally smooth.
There is nothing more excruciating than the foreskin rolling down suddenly after being retracted when flaccid and trapping pubic hair underneath.
Generally I keep mine trimmed and it doesn't affect my pulling back.
no not really but if the hair on my balls gets too long my glans lays on there it pokes so maybe a little bit.
Yes. It can get trapped in rings, despite the fact that I trim fairly regularly. Very annoying and can hurt....
I suppose that fully shaving would sort that out and I've tried it in past years, but I'm not a fan.
