Pulled back — living with a bare head

This poll is for those who are already premanently retracted or for those who have started to train their foreskins back. Pubic grooming has become increasingly popular with both sexes.

Can't really answer this one too well.

I like to let it grow out, but then it becomes a nuisance and I usually shave it completely smooth then.

I shave all my pubic hair. I like being without the hair.

I hate public hair so I'm completely shaven clean right round to my asshole. Also the wife does like a bush in the face so I get more head if I'm hairless lol.

One time I shaved it completely but it was itchy. I liked the look but the itch wasn't worth it. Now I have it trimmed down to about 3/4 inch.

I shave shaft back to pubic bone .. makes cock look longer but itch ... no thanks to totally shaved and my cock looks like the last turkey in the butcher's shop at Christmas.  :-[

I've kept it trimmed medium length for a while but more recently I've been trimming it shorter. Still long enough to look "hairy" but short enough that it sits flat on the squishy pubic area. I've also been keeping the shaft shaved smooth lately. Both things make skinning back much more comfortable, as the hair isn't getting caught in the skin or poking the inner skin/glans and making it itch.

Being shaved definitely helps retracting. Around the time I started retracting i was on my schools swim team so many of my peers were shaved all around. I havent been hairy since!

Not had a problem with hair for a few years now.
Long Story - I had an operation which turned out that I got a double dose of anaesthetic and they had problems waking me up.

A few days later every time I scratched my pubes they fell out.
This ended with about 99% total hair free, smooth as glass, but the remaining hair turned white, not grey, but white.

So a little shaving now and then is fine :-)

how do you guy like to shave? how do you do when u itch?

When I was younger I used to shave it every time because I was thinking it looks and feels much better, but when I grew up I really started to like it trimmed short or mid. Now I trim it the same length as my beard, may be sometimes I shave only the shaft. :)

I don't like an excessive bush, but I don't like the shaved look either, because my legs are hairy, and the contrast just looks weird. I tend to trim my pubes to where they look similar to the hair on my legs, so it all looks fairly uniform. When I use retraction methods like the tape method or the liquid latex method, I do trim the hair extremely short, to the point where it is almost like it's shaved. But I don't actually shave, because it's so hard to shave the scrotum. The skin is so thin, and there are just too many wrinkles! ;D  I have considered using a hair removal cream, but I was always concerned that it would be harmful to the skin in that area. Has anyone else used depilatory cream? What was your experience?

I used Nair on my sack once. It did burn. Prooooobably not the best idea.

Used to be completely shaven. I was already past the itching but I prefer to hold back the process to once in a week or to weeks, so now I'm going with a short trim.

I started trimming some years ago.  At that time I found that upon waking up in the AM, I would have pubic hair caught under my
foreskin when my night woody would relax.  Started trimming just enough to stop that.
Then as I began driving longer distances to work and job sites, my shorts would always creep up into
my crotch.  When grabbing at them while driving to pull them out, I would be grabbing my
hairs and pulling them.  Trimming shorter was the final solution, and have kept the pubes
around half to 3/4 inch long ever since.  Since I retired, and spend more time at home, nude in
the house, it sometimes gets away and manages to once again get caught in my foreskin
during the evening, or at times when I am doing the 'pull back' routine, and the
foreskin creeps over the glans.   Everything in that area of my body seems to have a
mind of it's own.  LOL

Shave mine once a year in Spring. Same time as when the sheep get sheared.

Mostly Trim and sometime shave it using hair remover

Back in the 1980s I obtained an electrolysis kit and, over time, completely eliminated all pubic hair, just like being pre-pubescent. I certainly would not want to go back to being hairy and having to shave, ingrown hairs, pulling hairs when sitting, etc. Nothing like it, except if your mate is also bare, then it gets a little noisy and uncomfortable from all the moisture!

I voted for a trim. But i only trim - shave the hairs that grow on my shaft, mostly at the base both front and back. I do keep them short at the front so you can see the full penis length and not half of it.
Much better when playing with it as you don't get a hand full of hairs. I do this about once a fortnight, and did it last night so nice and neat again.

Damn , i seem to be one of teh very very few who prefers to leave it all natural :-X

Well, to be honest mine is REALLY REALLY thick, but in only really bother me when it's really hot weather, since it adds extra heat to the area....for modern-day standards...I would be consideres a caveman.
I'll trim only if my partners ask for it...

I keep my shaft and balls shaved completely all of the time.   The rest I keep very short and occasionally shave everything completely.    Very similar for my wife, most of the time her pussy is completely shaved, but sometimes I like to see her with a bush.

My wife recently talked me into getting waxed.  I love it and recommend that everyone try it at least once...

I did the same last week, DIY using sugar paste and following an online video tutorial. So far so good. Didn't really hurt either. Not sure what all the fuss is about.  Better than having to shave regularly.
Only downside was the time it took so next time I might go to a salon if I can find one locally that does it.

Honestly pubic hair is manly - a sign of sexual maturity. When I saw some dudes who shaved in gym showers, I had the thought, "why are they doing that? It makes them look like a prepubescent little boy", and I don't see shaving as a good idea, as per the itch factor. I don't feel the need to trim. Proud to be a man here.

I like it smooth, and in order to avoid razor bumps and itching I usually pluck the hair with tweezers.  Yea, it takes a while, but then it lasts for a over a month and it doesn't itch. My wife prefers natural so I go back and forth. 

I prefer all natural all the time

I like it smooth, I use Nair once a month or so.
