Is there anyone here who has used all / one or some of the strategies of foreskin retraction and regrets it  ?
What are the changes you now live with ?
Are there benefits ?
Are there regrets ?

I regret not discovering this forum earlier and not retracting my foreskin earlier

I use the spoon method or just retract.

It took a while for my glans to flare out which ultimately helped keep my foreskin behind the glans.

I would say the only thing that maybe I regret would be is I always have the question if it was retraction and having my glans exposed caused the small but near to my meatus. Would it be there if I kept it covered? Its now just something I live with.

I'm pleased with my new glans shape which has made sex and masturbation more enjoyable.

I'm currently keeping my glans covered and "natural" position. I'm taking time away from retracting just now.

No regrets at all in my case, because the benefits hugely outweigh the (occasional, and rare) negatives. For me, the only negatives are that my meatus can sometimes be rubbed in a way that is irritating (much rarer now than when I was first staying bared), and receiving oral sex is not as thrilling as it used to be before I was staying bared, though at the same time, it is also not as problematic--before, the touch of a tooth on my glans was a total spoiler, now it is just a little "zing" that can even amplify the experience. As for all the other benefits--much more intense pleasurable sensations, much stronger orgasms, hygiene problems permanently eliminated, etc., etc. the slight negative effects of permanent exposure are well worth it. I would never choose to be covered up again.
