My spoon method, smooth plastic chopstick and a tiny bit of moisturiser just where the stick will go.
Will hold for more than 38 hours, probs more, but have never gone that long with a shower.
Took a few years for it to be happy to just stay pulled back and it likes being tucked under now too. But I'm usually too lazy.
I pull forward for a few days after each stretch to a new ring size. The skin has been back 24/7 for a few weeks - it tucks under much smoother after a few weeks back.
