I remember a guy on some amateur porn site, probably xtube or something, so it's long gone by now. But he had three or four piercings kinda like this, spaced around the head, and they kept his skin back permanently.

I used a piercing needle myself - quite enjoy the sensation and process having done a couple of Fren ties. It didn't however prove successful in keeping foreskin back - I did only do one so I might try 3 or 4 and see if that is more successful.
