Is permanent retraction popular in Germany?

This is pretty left field, but is permanent retraction more popular in Germany than other EU countries? Firstly, I'm just a single person and my experiences don't count as definitive evidence.

In general I'd say that online, in forums and pics, and also in person I've seen more German nationals retracted than other uncut guys. One of my friends from Germany was always retracted when we would shower and change at the gym. We did talk about foreskin once or twice, but it was mostly about how crazy it is that cutting is so common here in the states and not about being pulled back. Also his retraction was very casual - hard to explain - it wasn't like he had rolled it back and placed it there in the same way that we're all very deliberate about here on this site....idk...

Has anyone else noticed a similar trend? Are there any Germans members on this site that agree/disagree? If you are a retracting German member, how'd you get started? How did you discover that others were keeping their foreskin's retracted?

I didn't notice this too much on Germans (as far as certain XXX sites go), but much more so on Serbians and Bulgarians, and a bit on Romanians.

In Bulgaria it's still not that common, but it's getting more and more popular lately.

In Germany this is probably no more common than in other countries.
Since many Germans are not circumcised, some are certainly interested in the "optics" or the feeling.
I'm more of a parttimer and got into wearing bare very early on

I've had some help searching some german forums and I'm still convinced that there's a significant group of guys (even if small) that are actively learning, practicing, and advising others on permanent foreskin retrcation.
