News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

As I wear a ring 50% of the time, when I do, I would hide it with my fingers at the urinal or in the locker would remove it or pull the skin frontwards. If not wearing a ring, no fuss, I am proud of my dry and clean cherry :)

Before permanently retracting my foreskin, my coronal ridge used to be quite flat, but now it has flared quite a lot.

In my personal journey, I've identified three distinct phases regarding sensitivity.

Initially, for approximately two years, I experienced the advantages of permanent foreskin retraction, discovering new sensations while maintaining heightened sensitivity in the glans region.

Iver the course of about a year, I underwent an adjustment period, during which I perceived a reduction in sensitivity.

However, upon further reflection, it became evident that this reduction pertained specifically to the hyper-sensitivity associated with foreskin retraction.

Over a span of three years of foreskin retraction, neuroplastic changes occurred, influencing orgasmic patterns and penile sensitivity distribution.

Presently, nearing the six to seven-year mark, my primary sensitivity zones have shifted towards the coronal ridge and frenulum.

Direct stimulation of the glans now elicits heightened sensory responses.

To put it simply😂, I went through three stages. First, I enjoyed the extra sensitivity from keeping my foreskin back. Then, I had a tough time adjusting when that extra sensitivity went away. Now I've gotten used to it and really like how things are.

I have just had a google and I think Betamethasone is prescription only in the UK isnt it. I probably shouldnt have put Eumovate on mine without seeing someone first. Question, did you put it on the outside of your foreskin or on the inside? I ask as I think it might well actually be my inner foreskin that hurts.

0.5 out of 10 is a great result. Eating normally will be good for you as well I suspect. Keto puts your body under a fair bit of stress doesnt it. Best of luck to you, fingers crossed you are over the worst of it now.

Quote from: CuriousSkinner on 2024-04-27 15:16:41Its been an interesting read, I am having similar issues myself and whilst I thought it was getting better, it seems to have gone backwards during the last 24 hours. I am interested to hear how you get on, I have just put some Eumovate on mine (for eczema) so will see what good that does. But like you I suspect I will need to actually go and see a doctor.

Good luck

Update.

I have used the Betamethasone twice as stated in my previous post, washed it off before bedtime, and then used literally the mildest steroid I could get (Hydrocortisone cream, 0.5%) overnight, on Thursday evening.

Friday and today have been extremely calm. I have 0.5 out of 10 pain right now, and the redness has actually gone down. I am almost 100% sure now that this is just irritation, and plan to leave it alone for the rest of next week.

I forgot to mention that I stopped keto, and I am eating normally now. I need my body to be as strong as possible for the next month, and I may beat this thing with no further drugs...........and if not, I will not skip my next derm appointment (I'm going even if I am 100% good by then).

Thanks for the moral support guys!
