actually, "most sensitive part" is subjective.. biologically the glans does contain many more nerve endings than the inner foreskin.. if you've ever pierced the glans, the inner foreskin, and the outer foreskin with needles before, you will realise that the glans will trigger the most number of pain receptors, and result in the "largest" amount of pain.. in fact, one can reach orgasm by piercing the glans alone, but not by piercing the inner or outer foreskin..

the probable reason why reaching orgasm seems harder when the inner foreskin (or entire foreskin is taped up), is because our brains have already been conditioned to the pleasure/pain of combined stimulation, and when one set of stimulation is missing, it feels the void.. if the inner foreskin (or entire foreskin) is taped up for a amount period of time, and just stimulating the glans over a longer amount of time, the brain will "learn" to reach orgasm just by glans stimulation alone..

I did this years ago. It's kind of fun, for sure! But I wouldn't do it with Micropore tape, or any other tape that doesn't stretch. If you are concerned about painful removal, consider applying a protective skin prep, like one of these, before applying the tape.

Actually, this would be more like a low and tight. A high and tight would have more sensitivity along the shaft, in the area of the externalized inner foreskin.
