When i pull my foreakin my frenulum pull back it if i pull foreskin too much, i heard of tieing is there any tutorial how to do it?

There are a lot of threads covering this. I've been very tempted to try it, but I always end up chickening out  :P

Have you ever had the occasion to remove a small sliver? If following the directions on here, tying is not that much different.

Not to state the obvious, but, for medical reasons it can be done at hospital under local anastesia.
