Is it possible to use zipties as a method? Or would that be too dangerous with possible cuts and/or bloodflow if you put it on too tight. Was wondering this when I saw zipties..

Personally, I would be seeking something a lot more softer and flexible than zipties to hold the foreskin back. Especially for overnight use.
