Hello, I have the problem that if I use the coin method that thickers and swells my foreskin after a while is normal or can I get permanent damage from it. What can you do about it? :-\

It doesn't hurt and I can move my foreskin back and forth, so it won't be a paraphimosis, but I'm afraid that I'll have to follow later because the foreskin inflates or swells.

You are probably not going to damage your foreskin permanently. Mine went through being subject to all kinds of devices/pulls. Just use common sense and give the skin some rest when you feel it starts to irritate.
