Having said all that, the issue I have doing this while 'pulled back' tends to undo the 'pullback' .  Anyone else
find this to be an issue, and how, what did you do to resolve it.?

I do the same thing and I sometimes have the same issue with my foreskin pushing back forward.   Always just roll it back when i am done.
