Is there any way to tighten the foreskin slightly to prevent it from slipping forward and so keeping it retracted?
I'm gay and I really like the feeling of a bare knob. Have been trying the past year off and on with some success. Would love to have it permanently retracted and eventually with very little or no sensitivity at all.

'tighten' the skin ... using surgical spirit seems to have hardened the skin so maybe the 'less flexible' stops my skin slipping back OR because my skin stays back, not over the head, it can 'relax' Either way, it stays back, looks and feels great  ;)
