Just out of curiousity I tried another method to keep my copious foreskin retracted: keeping it stuffed and confined in/under a penis sleeve.

Hm, I don't really know and I can't find it on the package. It's rubber-ish, I suppose it's silicone. Quite pleasantly soft in texture, but as a sleeve still tight. Google for "Tokio Penis Sleeves," I know that at least amazon.co.uk has it.
