Flesh tunnel

Has anybody ever tried to use a silicon flesh tunnel or other piercing stuff like a circular barbell to help the foreskin to stay back?

I'd imagine it'd work very similarly to a cockring... unless there's a specific kind you're thinking of that might be a better shape?

Yes it's the same. I'm from Europe and this item is not available in my local amazon web shop. So I ordered it directly in China where it's a little bit cheaper.

The whole Amazon experience is a bit odd for this.  If I go into the Amazon app (in the 
US) I can't find it.  But if I Google it and click on the link that I posted,  it opens an Amazon page.  I can then add it to my wish list.  From then on whenever I go back into my usual Amazon app, it is there in my wish list.  I didn't order it though so I'm not sure if it would actually process through Amazon.  (And I wasn't sure if I wanted to give my credit card to a Chinese company if i ordered it direct)    Let us know how it works.  It doesn't appear to come in sizes?

I have chatted in the past with a couple of guys who had their foreskins pierced so it could be held back by a small ring - about the same size as a nipple ring.

I believe a PA will also force the foreskin to stay rolled back.

From my personal experience, a can say a PA don't help. When I had one, my foreskin did always cover it.
