3 days spoon method

Hi there,
I've been retracting my foreskin using a metal ring, it folds my skin as if I just retracting normally but maintaining naturally it on place all time.
The last 3 days changed to spoon method, it holds very well and last many hours but I have questions because my frenulum and the foreskin around got swelled a bit, it doesn't hurt or anything, but is this normal? And how can I reduce the swellness ? Or am I tucking the foreskin on the frenulum area wrong while spoon method? I attached some images on my progress.

It happens.  The fold, or for some people merely the state of being pulled back, causes the tissue to trap fluid.  The only way to get it out of there is to undo the fold and let it sort itself out.  For some people it'll stop doing it after a while, for others it won't.

Yeah I just unroll my foreskin when masturbating and bathing, I cleaned my inner skin and then I pulled back again. Maybe in some days I hope my foreskin gets used to it and the swell pass.

Mine did the same when I first started. I would roll the foreskin forward for a few hours and it went down. It seemed to stop doing it after a few weeks.

Yes I hope my little swellness dissappear as time goes by. I love how my glans look uncover, so I cannot stop now.

Looks very familiar. The cause you see in your second picture. Your rigged band is still a bit tight. Combine that with spooning, so doubling the skin, it doubles the pressure.

Give it all a rest day. Then for the next attempt, try to keep as much skin around your frenulum under the rigged band as you can. That would also help stretching your frenulum.

To get everything settled takes time. An occasional break won't make much of a difference. When you know you get some swelling after 3 days, let it breathe for a few hours on day 2.

but how can I loose and stretch my ridge band? because i love the look and i want to keep this method, i try to cover as much of my frenulum with my skin but it just doesnt stay in place, any advices you can give me, maybe some pic may help me pls.

When I first started I used to get some swelling, mostly the inner foreskin on the left side and around the frenulum. It did seem to calm down eventually though. I didn't notice it as it happened gradually over a period of several weeks.

Just my opinion so do not read this as certified expert advice. But bear with me.

The basics of the penis is that it is made for heavy work. To later return to the original shape. As fast as possible. So any exercise to change things later quickly leads to the opposite effect. Too much stretching only leads to more contraction later.

A nice example is penis pumping. You can get stunning effects. But the spongy material inside the three compartments of the shaft is also designed to later contract to the original shape.

The same is true for penis skin. Especially the ridged band. You can try to widen it. But as it is elastic, the elastic will later even contract more. To get things back the way they were. You end up with the same situation the next day. Just like pumpers do who want a bigger size.

To get a wider ridged band, basically it is good to keep it behind your glans. Like with the spoon method. Over time it will get used to it. But not overnight. You keep it too long in that spooned position, swelling will happen. With tape the same. It is your penis objecting. Nothing more because swelling is only a true problem when it starts to sting.

What I found, however, is that stretching foreskin lengthwise does not make it longer. It actually makes it wider and shorter. Up to the point where it flops backwards over your glans when you only sneeze. Almost, that is. The elastics inside the skin change. When you stretch lengthwise, then leave it, it pulls more together lengthwise afterwards. While it actually gets wider. With spooning you stretch in the wrong direction. It can work, but takes time. And lots of swelling objections. A ridged band does not give in that easily. It took time to figure it out. But my glans finally won. And my foreskin is happy with where it is. While I can still put the sock over it whenever I want.

So I think i'll keep spooning myself and wait for it to get wider, do you recommend tie my frenulum? I'm really comitted on being retracted, and also I would like to have my foreskin dettached from my glans and move freely on my shaft. how does your glans look piemel? do you still have your frenulum intact?

I did not want to say that because it is pretty irreversible. But I have nothing left of my frenulum. All gone and very happy with that. I tied. It just did snap after less then a week. Now I can pull back to half of my shaft. Attaching a video frame of it (bad quality, sorry, but you can see my point) My glans grew bigger after that. It did not cure all the swellings, have to say. But now they hardly occur. And I can still use it as it was before. But I have more options.

What you have is still a bit tight ridged band. So even when you snap your fren, some swelling might return. But less then before and gone forever sooner. Yet it is up to you. No two penises are exactly the same. I know, because I played a with some. What works for me might not work for you.
