I have a weird experience, One day my parents seen my retacted penis during sleep , I don't wear underwear, in morning the dress was slightly removed, they have seeen the complete retract. I was scared ..but they didn't say about that, or talked about that!! Is this normal to keep retracted , do they know about this practice???

Who knows, maybe your dad is retractor too.
What else is they probably have seen you naked last time as a baby so they don't have a clue about the length of your foreskin and how it grew during the years.. it might become short and unable to cover the glans any more.

As they didn't say anything it might be absolutely normal for them.
