Nose plug has been working well for short term.  I use it in between my small hair tie behind the glans.

Themrubber sides help grip from sliding easily, the metal helps keep skin from rolling over glas.  I used it to give a break from the fabric ring behind the glans.  Seems to only work when I lounge at home tho.  It's temporary but it works
