Hi, i have read ur story and maybe the exposure will help because it won't be moist all the time.
Don't try to be all day exposed, switch between exposed and covered from time to time until ur glans gets used to it if you feel really unconfortable, but if u don't try to keep it always retracted.
You should start by just pulling back but if that doesn't work or the infection is also on the inner foreskin use the taping method to keep everything exposed and dry it out.
Keep trying going to doctors until u find the ultimatre solution.

That is my recomendation and if u want to ask anything just reply to this thread.

Full day for 2 years and 2 months.

Full full for a month, very hard (tough and iron hard ;)) at night, max arousal, but with a sheath on it is perfect now, nothing moves and sensitivity at its lowest, great !

Already aware of a neat decrease in sensitivity with my partner and much dryness.

Here is mine after about 1week of permanant retraction. Have noticed a substantial change in skin and glans texture already and somewhat reduced sensitivity, also experimented a bit with toothpaste to dry the glans and skin which seemed to be effective. Still having some difficulties with slipping forward but not had much luck with methods to keep it in place so far

Same dryness and look here. Been retracted for +2 years and never been pulled back at night, way too much sensitive.
Tried a couple of times with a ring behind the corona, but woke up with the skin pulled up every time ...
Now for 2 weeks I keep wearing 24/7 a silicone sheath (exactly my girth, cut to2-3cm long) and nothing moves and it's a perfect match for nights. The 1st week I had very hard times at night (constant erections, 3h of sleep), but now it seems like totally used to and I do have a big decrease in sensitivity !
Even when hard, now my skin cannot stay up, it rolls back on its own :)

As Bottomkek said, my dream would be to achieve an inner foreskin drying, but I think, without a circoncision it is impossible ...

2 Months retracted. It usually stays back on its own. At night I wrap a gauze bandage behind the glans.

Wow! It's just a golden standard of permanent foreskin retraction.

Actually- I had been retracting occasionally for 22 years.  I only started doing it permanently 3 years back.

I agree that my foreskin has become relatively smaller as my penis has gotten larger and thicker. I used to have an anteater dick covered with skin but now it's barely covered.

It is an overreaction to consider your penis a dirty area.  A penis is actually usually cleaner than your mouth or hands in terms of dangerous microbes.

I personally think, my 5 cents, that (para)phimosis is a natural phenomena of a penis to widen the skin and make it easier for a glans to come out or stay out. Only a medical issue when you really can't put the gearbox back to neutral, so to say. Otherwise it goes almost as fast as it came.

Definitely oils. Alcohol is absolutely not good for the natural defenses. Too much soap either. In the Victorian age, there were those who actually strongly advised against washing babies with soaps, but use oils instead. For health reasons.

In this day and age, your penis won't fall off after some alcohol or a fresh shower. But when you treasure what you were gifted with down there, use oils.

Just because you don't feel anything from the alcohol, like stinging, for example, that doesn't mean that it's stopped working. In fact, I think it suggests the opposite. When you first started using the alcohol, it did sting a little, right? And now it doesn't. That means that the glans has toughened up to the point where it doesn't sting anymore. That means it's working. And I think it will continue to work, you just won't feel it like you used to.
Agree. Just because there is less sensation it doesn't mean the effect is wearing off. In fact it confirms that the process has worked, and is working. Morning and evening is now enough for me. I am retracted 24/7/52/365 ;) without having to do anything. It is now who/what I am.
