Has permanent retraction changed your sex toy preferences? Once I tried tenga eggs before starting pulling back and it felt mind-blowing. Now it doesn't feel that nice. Now I am into ball stretching and edging. It seems that frenulum area has become more sensitive. Is glans steel ring worth a try?

Interesting topic. I can say that I am more into e-stim because of retraction. In fact, I can only use it on my penis when my foreskin is retracted. If I run current directly through the glans, it is WAY too intense! And if my foreskin covers the glans, it conducts the current indirectly to the glans. But with the foreskin pulled back, i can run the current through the shaft, and it's very enjoyable, and really enhances long edging sessions.

What estim set do you use? What sensations do you have? Have you tried estim urthral rods?

I don't know which one I have. It's a cheap Chinese model that Amazon no longer sells. There's no branding on the unit. It's digital, and portable. Runs on AAA batteries. It has a number of programs, which generate various sensations. My favorites are the ones that create waves of deep sensation throughout the shaft. I also have an old EMS device, which runs off house current. It has only a couple of setting options, but it's analogue, so it allows for finer control. I like that. I have not tried estim urethral rods. But I imagine that they'd be too intense with my portable unit. I might try them with the analogue device though.
