I've been retracted for the better part of the last three months.  I'll keep the skin back during the daytime, or overnight, or both.  With a few days off in between.  I've been using a few silicone rings I've bought off eBay.  My goal isn't necessarily to be fully retracted all the time (though that'd be great), but to have most of my head exposed all the time.
