News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

After trying many time I was finally able to do spoon method. But I observed that when erect then my glans is completely exposed but when Flaccid then it's back part gets covered a bit. So my question was that will this prevent the coverd bit from keretanization. And if I practice this method for long then will it train my foreskin to be back. And also how long will it take to keretanize and how long will it take to train the foreskin with this method?

1) If you practice this method long term, the inner foreskin under the glans will stretch. Generating the "meat pocket" of the spoon method by default.
2) keratinization is a continuous progress, even if your glans look keratinized, there is room for more. I would say that after a week of continous exposure, your glans will look pretty keratinized.
3)Months to even a few years.

Q: ...will this prevent the coverd bit from keretanization.
Yes. It will prevent keratinization of the part of the glans that is covered. Same for the inner foreskin which is tucked in.

Q: And if I practice this method for long then will it train my foreskin to be back.
A: It will train your foreskin to stay back easier, but mostly in the spoon configuration. Not so much just by itself. Although just keeping your foreskin pulled back all the time, by any method, will stretch out the foreskin opening, making it easier for the foreskin to slide back on its own, and relax in the pulled back position.

Q: And also how long will it take to keretanize and how long will it take to train the foreskin with this method?
A: That's very hard to say, because it varies from man to man. But probably months or years.
