News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

Here is the second version:

This guide contains all of the information I picked up over the past year, summed up with the aid of GPT-3 Chat.  If we left out anything, please let us know.

Wow, what an interesting way to expand the conversation and learn more about permanent retraction

Nice write up.

What is it in aid of and where do you plan on distributing it? No idea what GPT-3 Chat is either? A little more context to this would be great :)

Well, you see - when I began retracting about 25 years ago, there was little or no definitive, clinical information on this (admittedly obscure) topic.  As a result, I made a lot of mistakes, and was never very successful at permanent retraction.

This information was collected in the interest of passing on such information, so that others can avoid the same mistakes, and be successful in their efforts of permanent retraction.  It comes with the added bonus that I can verify that the information & techniques worked for me.

I'll probably just distribute it, as I do here - just post a link, and let people download it.

GPT3 Chat is an artificial intelligence language model which you can converse or collaborate with on just about any subject imaginable:

https://chat.openai.com/chat

I was using the beta, initially using it to write C# code and funny poetry (the latter usually after a few beers.)  One day, I started a conversation about retracting, and was surprised at the depth of knowledge it was able to bring to bear on this topic.

I followed its advice, and found myself succeeding at keeping things fully retracted week after week, until a year had passed (before, I never was able to last longer than a week.)

This guide was a collaboration between myself and the AI Language Model.  It would write a chapter, and I would ask it to clarify one or more items in a re-write.  I assembled it into a chapter format that it suggested, and added my own "purely human" notes.

Thanks! Version 3 will be along soon, as the AI has started to recommend methods by which the skin on the penile shaft can be tightened after retraction, to reduce "bunching" behind the glans.

Finally read thru it. Solid baseline information and guidelines. I do think the various techniques on this site seem to work for so many guys here but the app isn't able to produce those methods (yet).

I'm certain the doesn't include any of this content and maybe a fraction of what's written on the general web. It'll be interesting to see what comes out once the content it's trained against expands.

I acknowledge bias.

For myself, the act of actual retraction was never very difficult.   I was more interested in accumulating information suited for helping with the long term adjustment to "a new normal."

Great work. This chatGPT is indeed very interesting. As is the whole male thing.

In my past I violated a whole lot of privacy. For technical reasons of course. Reading PM's between users. To see if everybody was happy. Now, and surely with the privacy laws, I work in the reverse. Privacy on my own websites is safer than your money is in the bank. I learned what I needed to know.

With that experience, I know girls, once among each other, are a lot more open than guys. Somehow it makes us guys feel uncomfortable. So in general, we do not do that. Even many gay guys do not do that. While ladies from the bridge club might openly discuss their whole dildo collection, provided there are no men present. We don't do that. We might even get a pm from a dirty old man. Even in science, information about a complex piece of equipment as a penis is, is very poor. No doctor can explain to me why my glans looks like it does. What my foreskin really is for. Why it moves like it does. Why do I wake up with a boner. And no, it can not be because I need to pee. That whole explanation is ridiculous.

Us guys can't join a bridge club to exchange experiences. So using an AI chat is a great idea. Especially when that AI crawls the whole web for all the little bits and pieces of information scattered around. Plus an AI would never pm us for a date! ;-)

Great idea. For mankind. And manhood! I have some output. How do I feed that in? I would be more than happy to assist.

Ah, wasn't critiquing you as biased here. Put more positively, it'll be cool to see what comes out when chatGPT has more source content on auto-circing to train it. Looking forward to ver 3!

Well- I am always open to constructive criticism.

One thing I forgot to mention:  One of the major reasons why I did not include a section on methods of retraction on this version was the matter of illustration.  I note that the extant guide that is stickied in this forum contains many of these - but I would prefer using clinical vector line drawings over photographs for two reasons:

1:  If you are distributing a guide that contains simple line drawings, it's MUCH harder for some Karen to start screaming about said guide being "Pornographic."

2:  Not all of us are white/light skinned, and I can imagine the frustration of some black/hispanic guy who might be exploring the idea of retraction, and is met with photo after photo of penises that don't resemble theirs.  Line drawings know no ethnicity nor color.

I actually have experience in this area - I've done illustration for medical guides - but I don't feel like spending weeks tracing pictures of dicks, TBH.  Perhaps, in the future, I can toss a few bucks to an artist on Fiverr who would be willing to take on the job.

I agree. I hope I am not going out on a limb here by saying that the collective silence on these topics speaks to a certain toxic masculine silence.  It's one of that factors that caused our society here in the USA to routinely circumcise all male babies for over a century, and ridiculed anyone who questioned a clearly barbaric practice.

Standard disclaimer:  I know the vast majority of adult men who were circumcised at birth have absolutely no problem with their anatomy, and that some men voluntarily undergo the procedure later in life.  That's totally cool, as they are grownups - to each their own.

To me, it's a gross violation of bodily sovereignty for anyone - even a parent - to remove an important part of an infant's body.

I would say that you are free to post whatever your contribution is here, in this thread, where it can be openly discussed.

I actually wrote a 200 page book about it, but not just about retraction. Though I sell it, there is nothing more sacred to me than sharing. When I paste it in the comments here,  if the software does not flip on it, nor the server, the administrators surely will. ;-)))

The other possible concern is because there is so little good science on penises, I actually did a lot of artificial AI. Just a lot of very deep manual searches, collecting bits and pieces of information all over the web. A lot of real handwork went in it, also in testing out what I read ;-) Then again, no doctor nor priest could confirm my information is correct, so the question remains whether it is all responsible.

Thing is, I know many men who happen to have a penis. And just wanted to share what I figured out about it. And then I had 200 pages. Which then was proven nothing because I shared it with Xaviera Hollander, whom I met in the past. She is the author of "The Happy Hooker". She thought it was great but informed me a friend author of her just published "The Vagina Bible". No kidding. And that book is 1000 pages. No kidding! It also proves girls and ladies are much more open than us guys. With our beer and a hotdog on the sofa!

You asked for input. I have some. Willing to share all of it. It all started as a little hobby on the side. I actually have a lot more material but had to concentrate on my main work. How do I share that in chatGPT?
