Is this true? If so what toothpaste is usually the best? Also, does it still look circumcised even if I stopped retracting or would I need to use toothpaste again after?

I've not tried it myself but I believe some people use it to help dry out their inner foreskin and glans. It's not necessary in my opinion as this will happen naturally anyway if you remain retracted. But to each their own.

It dries out naturally when you leave the head uncovered.  There's no need to mess around with dubious things.

I really can't imagine that it would end well considering that toothpaste contains abrasive and bleaching ingredients. I guess it would make your cock taste/smell minty though. Surely, the only way to look circumcised is to continue to retract.
