News:

A forum for people interested in keeping the foreskin pulled back — be it for fun, for health reasons or anything else: Let's share experience, methods, stories and all that about our pulled back foreskins.

NB. This is not a circumcision support group. While there's no problem with cut guys, this isn't your place to live out your foreskin removal fetish — plenty of forums for that elsewhere.

Other than that: please read the Readme in the readme forum, write an intro... have fun I guess? :)

General Discussion / Re: Paper rolling method
Last post by 4skin - 2024-05-04 09:50:29
Ah, so...

Before I commit myself running around with some toilet paper on my piece...
Does this method really "shrink" your 4skin? Shrink as in; it creates a permanent gap between the actual foreskin and the glans?

I can already keep my skin retracted 24/7, but what I would really love to have is this said gap.

Any new insights on how I can achieve that?
Is this method helpful for that?

Just to post an update, I took your advice and saw a doctor who has given me a couple of different creams which seem to be doing the trick :)

I should have just gone in the first place, but I was hopeful it would just go away!

Anyway, I thought I would post. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Yeah you are right, it made a huge difference but I did go to the doctors this week and got some different stuff which will hopefully do it. Yeah our system isnt in great shape, although in fairness I called for an appointment and got a telephone consultation and then an in person appointment within the space of about 3 hours. You are right though, I would not have wanted to go to A and E with it.

How are things for you?

Quote from: Mellon on 2024-04-28 23:21:38Yessir, I am slowly getting back to "normal". Mild rash is still visible, but when my glans is dry, it's almost impossible to see it without looking for it. Pain is still 0.5 out of 10. I only used Betamethasone twice, and Hydrocortisone once, and that's it so far.

Yes, Betamethasone is prescription in most places I think. Your Eumovate looks like it's around the potency of Hydrocortisone.

If you look up steroid potencies, Hydrocortisone is the least powerful (0.5%), then Eumovate is one up the list, then Betamethasone Valerate (mine: 0.05% is considered "moderate", and the 0.1% formulas are considered "potent"). Then there's Betamethasone Dipropionate is considered "very potent", and anything with Clobetasol is "Ultra potent".

So I'd say the amount and types I used are "safe". It looks like I'm healing on my own, but veeeeeery slowly. As long as I am not in pain and can make it to my appointment, I should be ok. We'll see what happens from there.

If yours is serious, I'd go get it checked by a GP. I doubt ER will help you (I think you guys call it A&E?). The UK system seems to be just as broken as the Canadian system. I hope we never get sick with something worse, otherwise we are at high risk of dying just waiting for someone to help.

I've been retracting on and off since around the age of 13/14. I stopped retracting around a year ago but gotten back into it. I mainly retract for a day or two before covering for a day.

I go between the spoon method and simply pulling back. I find that after a time retracting the foreskin stays behind the coronal ridge. As others have said each penis is different. Try perseverance and see if it stays retracted.

Try apple cider vinegar with some cotton or a tissue. Stings a bit but normally the next day, everything back in balance on the skin. Use the rest for a nice salad.  8)

General Discussion / Inner Foreskin Exposure - Bala...
Last post by Bob123416 - 2024-05-02 16:15:32
Hi everyone,

I need a method or advice on how to expose my entire foreskin (like someone truly circumcised) as I have balanitis or yeast infection on my inner foreskin and it won't go away.

I know that retracting definitely helps and should help me beat this thing if I can do it.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
Also does anyone have any tips on how to deal with infections like this in general.

Thank you

I was also once intact and pulled back for 20+ years, and I had no problem with my frenulum. Being gay, I have been with many uncut guys who had no frenulum breve. Admit that frenulum breve is a medical issue that has to be dealt with. Ask your doctor about it  :)

Only about 5% of uncut men have this problem: https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2002/feb/28/healthandwellbeing.health2
