It closes at the end with magnets. The magnets are strong enough to hold shut, but if you get a hardon and the glans gets bigger, it'll pop the magnet out. You can cut the silicon tube and add or remove magnetic beads to adjust the fit. It also comes with a strap that you can clip onto your clothes so if your cock goes into turtle mode and the thing slips off, the ring doesn't fall out onto the street ;)
