If you are looking for a one-for-all, multi-purpose solution, a textyle  ponnytail ring is the choice of my life. I didn't experiment with silicone ones, but i have the impression they are not as flexible, I guess.

I'm only an occasional retractor (if I retract for several days, I lose sensitivity that I enjoy). I use a flexible band to help keep the foreskin back. I'm a grower so I don't think a ring, even a Teflon one would work.  I found that the rubber retainer bands made by "stealth for men" work for either behind the glans or further down the shaft. If I'm physically active it occasional let's the foreskin slide forward, but for a quiet day around home or office it works fine. It is essentially a wide rubber band like you can buy anywhere, but these are high quality ones (for penises!). They are orderable in specific circumferences, and i find them not too stiff, not too stretchy. They are $10 for a pair.

Hey.
Nothing special. It is a normal glans ring.
You pull back your foreskin and you put on this ring right next to the head of your penis. Then the skin will bunch up behind this ring. It will get you the pulled back feeling and your skin can start drying out and kreatinizing.
