Hi Guys, just an update on my permanent retraction. I have been pulled back for well over a week now and I'm loving the results. My skin is hardening slightly on the glans, my foreskin swelling is at an all time low and I no longer have to use the spoon method to keep the skin back. The only annoying thing is my reduced sleep caused by sensitivity and causing detections in the night... Hopefully this will improve soon!

That looks great, and good that you don't need to use the spoon method, after all this time mine has issues staying back
If sensitivity during sleep is an issue for you, you might want to try wearing some sort of fabric sleeve over the penis to reduce the problem. Google Surgilast and MT Spandage. These types of dressings are great for use as a comfortable, breathable sleeve, which reduces contact with bedding, while still letting the glans dry out.

I did it this way: keep being retracted during day and before bed I would pull the foreskin over the glans just to have a good night sleep.
This way it takes longer but at least you have a great night and something to look foward to in the morning :D!

Looking great as many have said the first couple of weeks are the hardest, no pun intended. You are similar to me in that your foreskin stays back unaided. I found after about week 4 my head was noticeably less sensitive, happy to chat now been over a year for me, and the changes for me are very visible. I'm sure you will be the same.
