My little friend is around 18.5 cm ( 7.3 in) long when I am hard. It vary +/- 0.5 cm depending exitement level can't measure it soft... He shrinks a lot then loose a bit then a bit exited and shrinks again haha but it is a least half of the erect lenght when flacid

i am at about 13,5 cm so about between 5 and 6 inches. The perfect one for me would be 17 -18 cm like bobenco's but ... you know we cant change that !

mine is over 7 inches, only in my best dreams.   hangs soft about 3.5, then with some stimulation manages to hit 6 inches, and about 5 circumference

Mine about 5.5" erect. About 3" flacid. And about 1.5" after going into cold sea water bathe.

However Ive heard the same thing also, and it makes sense because the skin pulls the glans to the base.

I'm about 2.5" flacid but about 5.8" erect, mine is a grower but not very impressive in the showers !
My friend is about 6" flacid but only grows to 7" hard.  His is quite thick but robbery whereas mine is like a stick of rock !

Well, my friend is around 3.1 inches when flaccid and grows to 5.9 inches when fully erect.
