Hey guys relatively new to all this 50 years old and just starting out, when I retract for a few hours my head /glans feels cold to the touch is this normal or is it due to the tightness of my foreskin due to the mild phimosis I have causing a restriction of blood to the head/glans? Any thoughts on this guys

Hello, it is absolutely normal. The glans is part of a mucosa so it is very irrigated. When not covered by skin, the glans cools down as the vessels are on top of the surface. Like lips, ...
