Title: Paraphimosis
Post by: jedrzej on 2021-08-14 18:10:34
What is the risk of paraphimosis during retraction? Maybe I should make some short breaks in pulling back in the beginning to avoid some swelling of my foreskin and let my penis get used to the new situation
?

This was concern of mine when I started reading about the process, with a longer and or tighter foreskin I would guess guess risks increase. My plan is to listen to my body and check at regular intervals.

If you have a tight foreskin that doesn't roll all the way back easily, then try doing some foreskin stretches for a few weeks/months first. Do the stretches until you can roll your foreskin  back and forth with ease, and it doesn't hurt  or feel tight
